Een wekelijks overzicht van de laatste ontwikkelingen rond International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) en externe verslaggeving.

RJ en EFRAG organiseren outreach over duurzaamheidsverslaggeving (ESRS-voorstellen) op 15 juni 2022 om 13.30 uur in Amsterdam
De Raad voor de Jaarverslaggeving (RJ) organiseert samen met EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) op 15 juni 2022 het Nederlandse outreach event over de EFRAG voorstellen European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Kom ook, praat mee en geef input over deze voorstellen voor toekomstig verplichte duurzaamheidsverslaggeving.

Transparantere jaarrekening en minder lasten door verplicht digitaal indienen
Alle bedrijven met een rechtspersoonlijkheid gaan digitaal hun jaarrekening via Standard Business Reporting (SBR) deponeren. Na de micro, kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen wil het kabinet nu ook de 2.500 grootste Nederlandse rechtspersonen verplichten hun jaarrekening zo aan te bieden.

De Raad voor de Jaarverslaggeving (RJ) heeft RJ-Uiting 2022-6: 'Ontwerp-alinea's toepassing effectieve-rentemethode onder waardering tegen geamortiseerde kostprijs' uitgebracht.

RJ-Uiting 2022-7: Aanpassingen in hoofdstuk 660 Onderwijsinstellingen
De Raad voor de Jaarverslaggeving (RJ) heeft RJ-Uiting 2022-7: 'Aanpassingen in hoofdstuk 660 Onderwijsinstellingen als gevolg van wijzigingen in de Regeling jaarverslaggeving onderwijs' uitgebracht.

Integrated Reporting - articulating a future path
As we are progressing with the Value Reporting Foundation (VRF) consolidation process, and after the IFRS Foundation clarified its plans for the SASB Standards, the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) Chair Andreas Barckow and International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Chair Emmanuel Faber have communicated plans for the future role, governance and development of the VRF's Integrated Reporting Framework and Integrated Thinking Principles.

EFRAG issues the set of Basis for conclusions of its ESRS Exposure Drafts
EFRAG issues the set of Basis for conclusions to supplement the draft ESRS Exposure Drafts (EDs) developed by the EFRAG PTF-ESRS. The consultation on the EDs was launched on 29 April and is open until 8 August 2022. No comments are requested on the Basis for conclusions.

The SEC proposed amendments to rules and reporting forms to promote consistent, comparable, and reliable information for investors concerning funds' and advisers' incorporation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.
