IFRS update - Week 4

Een wekelijks overzicht van de laatste ontwikkelingen rond International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) en externe verslaggeving.

RJ en SER organiseren webinars 'CSRD in de praktijk: verdieping EU-duurzaamheidsrapportage voor Nederlandse ondernemingen'
Bent u op hoofdlijnen al bekend met de CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), maar heeft u nog wel veel vragen over hoe de nieuwe standaarden duurzaamheidsverslaggeving in het praktijk toegepast moeten worden? Tijd voor introductie van digitale vaste activa
De destijds gekozen indeling in het Burgerlijk Wetboek voor verwerking en presentatie van vaste activa past niet meer bij deze digitale tijd, meent John Weerdenburg.

ESMA issues its first opinion on the draft European Sustainability Reporting Standards
The European Securities and Markets Authority, the EU’s financial markets regulator and supervisor, has issued an opinion on the first set of draft European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS Set 1) developed by the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG). ESMA finds that ESRS Set 1 broadly meets the objective of being conducive to investor protection and of not undermining financial stability.

EFRAG and ICAS has published a co-sponsored academic study on the theory and practice of discounting. Comments are requested by 31 March 2023.
