Een wekelijks overzicht van de laatste ontwikkelingen rond International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) en externe verslaggeving.

RJ-Uiting 2023-4: Verduidelijkingen met betrekking tot de presentatie en classificatie van financiële instrumenten als eigen vermogen of als vreemd vermogen (ontwerp-Richtlijnen: RJ 240, RJ 290 en RJk B12)
Mede naar aanleiding van ontvangen commentaren en jurisprudentie heeft de RJ de verslaggevingsvoorschriften inzake de presentatie en classificatie van financiële instrumenten als eigen vermogen of als vreemd vermogen op een aantal punten beoordeeld. De RJ stelt voor om wijzigingen aan te brengen om enkele alinea's van hoofdstuk 240 'Eigen vermogen' en hoofdstuk 290 'Financiële instrumenten' te verduidelijken.

ISSB decides to prioritise climate-related disclosures to support initial application
At its meeting on 4 April 2023, the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) decided that it will complement its package of transitional reliefs to support companies applying the ISSB's first two Standards—S1 (general requirements) and S2 (climate).
