Richtlijnen voor de Jaarverslaggeving jaareditie 2026 nu beschikbaar
De jaaredities 2026 van de Richtlijnen voor middelgrote en grote rechtspersonen (RJ-bundel) en de Richtlijnen voor micro- en kleine rechtspersonen (RJk-bundel) zijn nu te bestellen via de website van uitgeverij Wolters Kluwer.

Nieuwe SEC-voorzitter wil eind maken aan kwartaalrapportages
De dit voorjaar door Donald Trump benoemde SEC-voorzitter Paul Atkins wil af van verplichte kwartaalrapportages van bedrijven. Hij pleit in een opiniebijdrage in de Britse zakenkrant Financial Times voor zo min mogelijk regulering.

EFRAG Issues Endorsement Advice on the Reduced Disclosure Standard
EFRAG has published its final endorsement advice on IFRS 19 Subsidiaries without Public Accountability: Disclosures, concluding that the standard meets all technical endorsement criteria and is conducive to the European public good. EFRAG, therefore, recommends its endorsement in the EU.

CSRD-werkconferentie: 'Als iemand het kan, is het de accountant'
De NBA en de Raad voor de Jaarverslaggeving (RJ) organiseerden op 15 september jl. een CSRD-werkconferentie in Nieuwegein, onder het thema 'Lessen voor de toekomst'. Ondanks het geopolitieke sentiment en het Europese Omnibus-vereenvoudigingsplan is duurzaamheid onverminderd actueel, zo was de afdronk in de volle zaal.

Vitamine A: CSRD tussen uitstel en urgentie
In aflevering 64 van Vitamine A, de podcast voor accountants, spreekt host Sven Budding Erik Boonen, duurzaamheidsspecialist bij PwC. Samen gaan ze in op de ontwikkelingen rondom de Europese duurzaamheidsrichtlijn CSRD, het Omnibus-vereenvoudigingspakket, uitstel van invoering en meer.

Onderzoek: Nederlandse bedrijven worstelen met duurzaamheidsrapportages
Op papier klinkt rapporteren volgens de Europese duurzaamheidsstandaard CSRD overzichtelijk, maar in de praktijk blijkt dat een flinke uitdaging. Dat stelt cloudplatform Workiva op basis van onderzoek. Ook leveranciers moeten cijfers aanleveren en duurzaamheidsdata zweeft vaak rond tussen verschillende afdelingen.

RJ geeft commentaar op voorstellen herziene ESRS van EFRAG
De Raad voor de Jaarverslaggeving heeft feedback aan EFRAG gestuurd inzake hun Exposure Drafts for revised and simplified European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
