Het Jaar Verslagen: ESG-aspecten en de impact van Oekraïne op verslaggeving
De 28ste editie van de uitgavenreeks Het Jaar Verslagen staat onder meer stil bij ESG-aspecten in jaarverslagen en bij de impact van de oorlog in Oekraïne op de jaarrekening van grote Europese beursfondsen.
RJ-Uiting 2023-14: Ontwerpalinea's inzake Pijler 2-winstbelastingen
Deze RJ-Uiting is het vervolg op de in juli 2023 gepubliceerde RJ-Uiting 2023-12 'De verwerking van winstbelasting inzake 'Pillar Two model rules' onder de Richtlijnen voor de jaarverslaggeving'. In die RJ-Uiting werd aangekondigd dat het voornemen bestond om de Richtlijnen aan te passen in het kader van Pijler 2-winstbelastingen. Deze aanpassingen zijn onderstaande RJ-Uiting doorgevoerd en toegelicht.

Kritische reacties op consultatie implementatiebesluit CSRD-richtlijn
De consultatie van het Implementatiebesluit richtlijn duurzaamheidsrapportering is op 18 december gesloten. Met het besluit worden de verslaggevingseisen uit de Europese duurzaamheidsrichtlijn CSRD in Nederland ingevoerd.
ESMA consults on draft guidelines for supervision of corporate sustainability information
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s financial markets regulator and supervisor, has launched a consultation on a set of draft Guidelines on Enforcement of Sustainability Information and is inviting comments from interested stakeholders by 15 March 2024.

EFRAG and TNFD sign a cooperation agreement to further advance Nature-related Reporting
EFRAG and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) have announced the signing of a cooperation agreement, highlighting the importance of addressing nature-related issues to advance corporate sustainability and reflecting a shared commitment to enhance corporate transparency related to biodiversity and ecosystems.
