Duurzaamheidsverslaggeving

AFM en ESMA vragen aandacht voor duurzaamheid in verslaggeving beursfondsen
De Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) en de Europese toezichthouder ESMA vragen beursgenoteerde ondernemingen bij de verslaggeving over 2023 om extra aandacht voor hun duurzaamheidsrapportages.

Consultatie voor implementatie duurzaamheidsrapportering onder CSRD geopend
De overheid is gestart met de consultatie van het Implementatiebesluit richtlijn duurzaamheidsrapportering. Deze richtlijn gaat over duurzaamheidsrapportering door ondernemingen en is gebaseerd op de Europese duurzaamheidsrichtlijn CSRD.

Kwart bedrijven nog niet voorbereid op duurzaamheidsrapportage
Ruim een kwart van de grote Nederlandse bedrijven die vanaf 2025 wettelijk verplicht zijn om te rapporteren over hun duurzaamheidsbeleid en –prestaties, verzamelt nog geen data over de eigen klimaatimpact.
